The participant’s personal data are provided by the ordering party during the ordering process. On the basis of the personal data obtained in this way, after the order is confirmed (contract concluded), the participant is sent a course invitation electronically. Together with the invitation, the participant receives the information pursuant to Article 14 and is informed of the possibility to manage their personal data during the course in accordance with Articles 15 to 22. If the customer/ordering party exercises the right under Article 23, fictitious or blank personal data of the course participant are used.

Where a given course requires it, for ordering course materials or arranging access, for example to cloud services, the participant’s personal data may be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation providing the service in question.

On the day the course starts and for its duration, the participant’s personal data are displayed in the navigation system to make it easier to find one’s way around the premises of the computer school. The participant may prevent the display of their personal data in the navigation system at any time during the course.
After starting the PC in the classroom and logging into the OS, ePresence is launched automatically for the participant, allowing them to manage their personal data in accordance with Articles 15 to 22. ePresence is available to the participant throughout the course.

At the end of the course, a certificate of completion with a unique number is issued in the participant’s name, and their personal data are locked against changes. The right to rectification under Article 16 may be exercised by the participant via customer service.

After the course ends, the course participant may continue to exercise their rights under Articles 15 to 22 in person or electronically via customer service.

The course includes a course evaluation in which the participant can express their satisfaction with the quality of the service provided. After the course, the evaluation is processed by customer service, with particular attention to negative scores and comments. These findings are passed on anonymously to the relevant departments.
